Is there lot of overlap between dating skills and how u interact with society

I am a dating noob but an armchair expert in dating.i donot want to date woman but i want to improve my interaction with society.so is there a big overlap between those 2 fields

absolutely. when I improved my interaction skills better with men in society, I saw that my interaction with women had gone to a whole new level too, sort of yin and yang.
