Healthy Ways to Relax

How do you relax? 

The ways I like to relax are:

- tepid bath with magnesium salts

- sauna

- ice bath (not relaxing at first, but really softens up the joints and brings the mind into present)

Meditation - started out as a chore almost, but now I enjoy it.

Sitting in nature is always a good thing.

music, 

dancing  

meditation (even tho my brain meditates 24/7 if i allow him to do so) 

movies, 

coffee with friends and family   

walking in most beautiful town in the world.....

praying to God

Great one! Got my license at the start of the year; this definitely relaxes me.
