Currently doing "Clear Communication" from Eban Pagan Training. 

Definitely helps to have done contemplation with a journal/contemplation before in my experience. Some of the topics are very reflective.

I have taken a couple of his courses and Eben has to be one of the pioneers of online courses. Most of his courses are about 6-8 years old now but they are still relevant. The price is ridiculous though unless you can find special discounts.

Eben is very creative and fast at marketing in the right niche. Like right now, when most people are struggling with the idea of becoming a coach, Eben came up with the Virtual Coach around 2 years ago and has been crushing it for the past few years.
