Yes, the CCP/Isreal (as proxies) seem to be the front runners for that role. They can try and yet they'll degrade the human form what I see. However, in this attempt for "transhumanism/forth industrial revolution", I see that it will be like a catalyst for the awakening of the consciousness, collectively, and so I see an interesting future. But who know's, earth and sun may say enough is enough and they'll go through the regenerative processes and we'll be purified through fire  fun.
