How to get high naturally?

I ask this because I'm trying to quit smoking. 

And noticed myself craving the nicotine high. 

But now that I'm Trying to stop..i'm looking for health alternatives 

I guess I'm looking for a healthy way to get high.

Well you could move on to nicotine patches or less toxic form of vaping?

  • Surrendering.
  • Food.

Wim Hoff or soma breath breathing exercises. It definetly can give a sense of euphoria when you do the retentions. It's quite palpable if your doing it right.

 

Supplementing NAC while going through withdrawl helps A LOT.

This or nicotine gum, it gives a buzz. Anything to get you off the smokes. They're so addictive that it's normal to have to taper off with a different nicotine ingestion method.

You can get high by just using your breath. Use your craving for cigs as a cue to do some deep inhales and exhales and over time, this will become your new habit.

In my experience, a breathing routine (like Wim Hoff), stretching for 30-40 minutes with deep breathing, and/or exercising. I pretty much get high daily from exercise whether it's from weight lifting, jogging, or walking.

What? Meditation of course... It takes a lot of practice, but even in terms of pure intensity of pleasure it beats cocaine and heroin if you take it far enough.

Exercise and meditation. As a fellow ex smoker, do your best to get past the first 3 months with 0 nicotine and then you'll naturally feel a strong aversion towards smoking.

Microcosmic orbit meditation!

It may not work for you immediately but it got me to the point which circulating energy in those pathways brings a lot of joy and bliss for me, also makes me very sexually aroused too sometimes.
