Because although you are God, you do not understand yourself. How could you? You are everything. How could you understand everything? You can't. Because in order to truly understand something, you have to become that thing EXACTLY. This is why God's effort to understand itself is a continual process of being and becoming. Your being is infinity. How can you work with infinity? You reflect it back to yourself through finitude, through becoming, through limitation, through you.
