Point of Attraction

11 posts in this topic

Can anyone who has experienced a shift in their point of attraction describe their experience? Specifically, how they knew they had changed their point of attraction, maybe in a relationship? Or in business? How did you know your point of attraction shifted? That you broke out of a negative behavioral pattern and shifted toward attracting something else?

@Gianna I have experienced this many times. It is an ongoing process. I know I have shifted by a couple things. My emotional reactions to circumstances that present themselves. When my reaction is different from the old pattern, I know I have shifted. Also by observing the dominate state I find myself in. We all have habitual states we are in. When your habitual dominant state changes, what shows up in your life starts to change.

@Gili Trawangan You are your point of attraction. You can't separate your internal reality from the external. The separation is an illusion.

Also, what do you mean by this. Your dominant emotional state?

@Gianna All of us have dominant states of being. What are the emotional states you most often find yourself occupying? What are your frequent habitual moods? This is important to monitor. Every state we occupy is creating. You want as much as possible occupy a state that matches what you want to experience in your life. Lets use the example of a romantic partner since that is a very common desire. Someone is desiring to be in a loving, supportive, harmonious relationship. But if they are often in a state of feeling lonely, unloved or unsupported, that is not in alignment with having a loving supportive partner. Does that make sense?

Yes, that makes perfect sense and that example of a relationship was very helpful. This quote above is also very helpful.

This understanding of feeling states gives me a lot of clarity on myself and my experiences. Thank you!!
I feel empowered– as if I can create any kind of experience I want by 'matching' it with my feelings. I never really understood how the law of attraction worked, but now I feel like I do :)

By what’s manifesting or by how you’re feeling.

Oh yes, big big changes in me has happened... I see reality totally differently, I feel more, I love, I smile, I cry...

A situation happened to me this morning, this situation would be very bad if I were the "old me" but all my perspectives and thoughts about it were positive, loving... It was a good situation ! Everything is perfect when you know how to see it and stay in the "love vibration" that's amazing I'm so happy it happened.

I see more "signs" too I think a lot of "good" things will happen to me now because I take everything as a gift or "something that's here to help me", to use the words of Matt Kahn.
