I feel like shit and I have so much limiting beliefs about my future it sucks anyone has advice

What's your day to day life like? What kind of things and activities your days usually get filled with?

What's your life situation?

Do you have any dreams or passions? Any idealistic thoughts of what you would like to do or become?

What do you think it would require to you feeling good?

Make a dreamboard. In the loa sense, what you write on it will indeed manifest, and one learns ‘getting out of one’s own way’ as it does. 

In the Ox-Herder Pictures of the Zen way, btw, this is the first picture. The realization of the importance of the practice, of getting on the path. Usually of meditation, yoga, or the like. 

In the most practical sense, getting away from your day to day environment is always renewing & refreshing. 

Always most foundational, ample sleep, cleaning diet & fitness.

At Betterhelp they have worksheets and specialists to help you through all this.

Leo's life purpose course and booklist has books that address these things.

Remember that the future is as free as you are. Do not settle in your current psychic location, and notice the mind is a self deception machine. There is nothing you need to do, prove or anything of this kind. The greatest cosmic gift to yourself is a clear mind.

and with a clear mind, I believe the universe opens up.

How much time do you set aside or have to watch videos? Are you watching stuff that inspires you or makes you really laugh?

Running is great for you, for your health, for your stress, for your mentality. Do lots of that!

Make a game out of it to run new places. Or to set times and records just competing against yourself.
