@Leo Gura I am in fear and doubt that am I going on the right path by following your content like watching videos , meditating ,contemplating or not . I just recently watched one of your critics who was an academic who accused you of being a cult leader which instilled immense fear ? in me .I am so scared as I am a young (age 20 years ) and whole of life ,career , looking after my family is in front of me . Please help !!

Look at Maslow's hierarchy of needs. 

You need to fulfill the basic needs before you can actualize yourself. 

Take care of your life, career, and family first. 

You are young, you have a long life ahead of you.
