In a toxic environment, 3 things or solutions 

  1. Escape 
  2. Minimize impact
  3. Continue achieving goals and getting stuff done and survive through the toxicity unharmed or with minimum harm. Don't resist or get stuck. If you're stuck with the toxicity that means stuff is not getting done 

 

 

 

In a toxic environment you have to develop very very tough skin

When someone says something bad, also remember that there will be someone who will say nice things as well. 

If 10 people say bad things then 1 person says nice things. That's how the world works. And you're not losing anything or anyone. 

 

Your strategy should not be to be a sitting duck and simply absorb all that negativity. Your job should be to push through it. Your job should be how to not be impacted by whatever bad that has been spoken. Your job should be to reject all the bad stuff. Not take it in. You're making a huge mistake by taking it in. You are literally killing yourself by taking poison. Nooooooo. 

That's not the way. 

You let it go and keep moving on. 

I know it hurts when people sling their negativity at you and use you as a punching bag.

You don't have to be that 

You do you. 

You realize that people don't care. It's fine. Because if they did, they wouldn't be throwing mud at you. 

It's completely fine. You're here for survival. 

And learning to deal with the mud is also a part of your survival.

Try to have a tough skin and a strong spirit. 

Don't be crushed when someone says something bad. 

Being crushed is a defeat. It will only make things worse. 

Try to see how things can be made better.

  • Be a bit nerdy. 
  • Try to be verbose. This part is difficult because I'm never verbose or wordy
  • Talk only important things and valuable stuff 
  • Learn your lessons. Drill it in your brain 
  • Cut off people giving negative reactions even if Its slight. Do not talk to them again. 
  • Cut off people from specific demographic if that particular demographic is causing all the trouble 
  • Keep a strong radar 
  • Watch what you speak over and over and double check. 
  • Cut off people who make jokes because they don't give a clear sign. 
  • Be serious. Sometimes lack of seriousness is looked at with disdain. 
  • Don't try to impress ever. Big mistake
  • Let people come to you. You don't go to them.. No need to stroke their pride. 
  • If anyone shows passive hostility, then simply back off and don't interact again 
  • Don't give chances to be attacked 
  • Don't get personal with anyone. Cut off pm. 
  • Be yourself 
  • Neglect and ignore chronic haters and naysayers. No need to coddle them 
  • Take sufficient breaks 
  • Only talk to people who regularly get along with you 
  • Ignore users and comments that are trollish
  • Stick to important stuff
  • Avoid subforums
  • Don't try to socialize, only leave whatever you want to say or share 
  • Don't have opinions 
  • Be extra guarded. 
  • Don't follow random people because they can insult 
  • Follow only those people who follow you 
  • Dont get into debates

Bully Behavior is when you say something nice and the bully doesn't appreciate it because they don't want to. They want to keep going with the narrative that you are bad. So when you make a mistake and say something not right, they immediately criticize and attack. Thus they are always contradictory and never appreciative. 

Bullies are narcissists

They are slow to appreciate, quick to attack. 

Can you win with bullies? 

Absolutely not.

In situations where you feel like someone is bullying you, you simply have to avoid that person.

Give the bully the ignoring treatment and constantly up your self esteem in front of them.

Reassure yourself that you're thousand times better than them so their offensive behavior doesn't hurt. 

Become a rebel and reject them instead of coddling them. 

Don't have hate but simply reject.. Give them what they need and deserve and that is lack of attention or approval. Complete rejection.

Best revenge against bullies is to continue becoming successful and become victorious. 

Give them the middle finger and basically don't care about them. Throw that thorn out 

 

Success beats everything 

 

Keep rocking and keep doing well in your life and no bully will be able to hold back his jealousy. 

Be a strong woman. Let nothing destroy your spirit. 

Keep going regardless and don't look back. 

You'll be a winner and you're born to be a winner

Be surrounded by generosity and happiness. 

Raise your standards. 

 

Also have some swagger and be chill and do your own stuff sometimes like this guy.

Also don't focus on negative and controversial topics. 

Leave them out of your field of vision. 

 

Anything controversial or opinion based, avoid, it fucks with your consciousness in general.
