SO FINALLY TODAY IS HERE.

EVERYTHING IS PRETTY MUCH DEALT WITH.

I DID A BIT OF PSYCHOEMOTIONAL PROCESSING IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS AND THAT TOOK CARE OF SOME OF THE ISSUES I HAD BEEN DEALING WITH THAT WAS REALLY INTERRUPTING MY WORK. 

IT OPENED A PANDORA'S BOX ACTUALLY.

IT HELPED ME TO GET THINGS OFF MY CHEST AND EVEN RECOGNISE CERTAIN PROBLEMS THAT I WAS UNAWRE OF. 

FOUR THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO DO WHEN YOU SCAN YOUR ENVIRONMENT

  • PSYCHOEMOTIONAL PROCESSING (IMPORTANT TO HAVE A CLEAR MENTAL SPACE LIKE A FRESH CLEAN SLATE)
  • STUDY BEHAVIOURAL COMPONENT IN YOUR IMMEDIATE ENVIRONMENT
  • INTEGRATION(INTEGRATING ALL THE LEARNING YOU RECEIVED, INTERNALISE USEFUL THINGS)
  • CONSOLIDATION (BRINGING EVERYTHING TOGETHER TO CREATE A MEANINGFUL FLOW IN LIFE)

Yes a lot of things are getting wrapped up.

Just when I thought that things were getting back again that things got scattered again

First thing is acceptance and second is death or transcendence. 

It's not physical death.

It's death of the mind 

When the mind dies, there is absolute freedom.

The point is that once you reach Death there is nothing to psychoemotionally process anymore. Everything is over.

That's freedom. That's the end of psychoemotional processing.

That's where a new journey can begin.

That's where all the devilry ends.

You have to live in vaccum in order to experience this.

I talked about transcendence in the other journal.

Having foresight is extremely important.

Like asking yourself a very simple question-

What is this going to lead to ?

What good is this going to bring ?

And nullifying the social aspect of things.

One way to live in vaccum is to keep yourself away from triggers.

Look at what what is emotionally triggering you. Start from there.

 

 

Introspect.

Introspect is a great word.
