Start from a place of fulfillment and happiness. 

Why your psyche is being shifted in the bad direction 

 

Whats the vicious cycle? 

 

Why opportunity cost of problems matter?

What are many ways of taking a step back 

  • Become a non entity 
  • Immersion technique 
  • Acceptance and embracing reality and struggles 
  • Not submitting into negativity 
  • Not getting triggered 
  • By not giving into bait 
  • By not being overly reactive 
  • Be gentle with yourself 
  • Use the robot technique and re-shift your psyche back to ground zero and ground normal. Don't allow perversion or corruption

Don't allow reality to  impact yourself so much. 

It will consume you. 

Let it stay as background noise but you survive through it all and carry on

You reacting to something negative (of course you don't want it, everyone knows that by now) feeds into it and perpetuates the cycle of negativity and doesn't allow you to break out of it..

There are 3 things you can do deflect or fight off an attack or attacker

 

  • Use a shield 
  • Don't allow it to impact you by being counterintuitive and self protective. Fortification
  • Directly attacking the attacker. Killing the attacker - predatory skills 

 

 

Remember situation handling and coping all the time. One is temporary handling and the other is permanent handling

Here there is a paradox and a dichotomy that one needs to pay attention to.. 

You cannot be overly emotional because it will impact your health and this is certain. At the same time, you cannot be un-emotional because emotions are important markers for understanding deeper meaning and deeper things in life. They help us explore. So you have to gamble a bit here. 

Being objective and scientific is great but comes at the cost of diverting from emotions. 

Here there is a dichotomy between a poet and a scientist. 

You cannot be either completely and avoid the other. 

You have to be a scientist and understand things objectively and use objectivity for your basic survival (1st layer of the pyramid) yet you also have to be a poet to override survival and make sense of everything for a better survival (2nd layer of the pyramid dealing more with meaning of life than survival) 

Steps are in this order (as Leo says) 

^ survive (physical survival) 

^ transcend survival.... Scientific 

^ understand life purpose /meaning. Solve chaos. Bring order. Poetic 

^ incorporate and integrate both survival and meaning/purpose. (intuitive survival - survival plus direction ). Poetic + scientific.. Going back to basics after going higher.
