@Preety_India  I thought about three things that are an absolute necessity for life. 

And they are 

  • Intellectual capacity 
  • Emotional capacity 
  • Social capacity 
  • Moral capacity 

This means strive for 

  • Intellectual growth or expansion 
  • Emotional growth
  • Social growth /social intelligence 
  • Moral growth /expansion

Post everything in conversation style as if someone is talking to you.

@Preety_India what kind of things I want to do when I wake up in the morning? 

I want my dose of motivation. 

I need my early morning coffee 

I want sweet words and good mornings

I want sweet chats. Short chats. 

I need my journal loggings 

I want some bright sunshine, air and warmth 

I want to do meditation and insight work early morning 

I want a nice warm healthy wholesome breakfast 

I want positive affirmations 

I want to say a morning  prayer 

I want to chill and feel peaceful 

I want to plan out the day 

And then begin my work for the rest of the day

I just don't want to live. It's so hard. I get suicidal so quickly. I can't handle it. 

I wish I had a gun. Life is too painful. 

I wish someone who loved me would have said to me - 

That they understand me. That they will protect me. That they will always be there with me. Wherever my spirit lays, they will be there, they won't forget me.

@Preety_India  yesterday Joseph texted me and told me that I was a beautiful person. 

And that he could never forget me. 

 

That brought tears to my eyes. 

 

At least he won't forget me. 

 

Even if I die tomorrow, that's a good feeling to have. A good feeling to die with. 

 

Even though he was selfish, maybe somewhere in his heart he loved me..? 

 

And if he didn't, I forgive him. Maybe I'm just not lovable.

Please don't give up.

I know it must be really hard and painful for you right now, but you can get trough it. 

What if in 10 years you will have a life so great that you can't even imagine it right now? 

Everything will pass eventually no matter how bad it is.

And you are 100% lovable, please get this stupid thought out of your head.

Nothing is black and white.. 

Nothing is wrong or right. 

Nothing is fixed. 

Everything is in a constant state of Flux. 

Everything is interspersed. It's mixed 

Love is interspersed with division.
