What if it is absolutely effortless and easy to BE The Truth NOW?

55 posts in this topic

Hey Friends,

Almost all of our lives we have been thinking that happiness requires effort. Then when we came to know, or glimpse that there is something deeper that always is happy and free, we started to believe that we need to effort to "gain it" or "make it" permanent. But is it true?

What if you REALLY, and I mean REALLY already ARE what you are seeking? What if you can come to see this NOW?

What is Real IS right now, isn't it? Or else it wouldn't be Real. What IS does not require your belief, effort or intellectual understanding for it to BE.

Can you not let everything be in this moment? Everything.

Anything you DO is seemingly adding on to this moment. What IS is what you are looking for.

Can you see that this means that you do not have to do anything to discover it? It already IS!

You do not even have to "not do" anything. Just be without striving to be. Don't even meditate. Just for this moment.

What if YOU are God already? What if you never was what you thought you were?

What if YOU are God beyond concepts and words? Right NOW! NOW!!

What if this really is a message from yourself to yourself reminding you of yourself?

Who are you if you cannot think?

Now, forget what I've said. You are important here, not my words. You.

This is good work ❤

Keep looking into these held beliefs such as: yourself; god; truth.

What are these?

All of these three words point to the same "no-thing". What it Is is not a word or concept, but I love the word God. It feels warm and dear to me. Thank you for asking.

A little bit like that.

Being. Beyond concepts and ideas. The deeper I, so to speak.

Ok I don't believe there is a deeper I and a false I.

Also I don't believe happiness is available for me 24 /7 as you suggested.. There is time where suffering must take over.. Don't you agree with that??  For example can you be happy while In pain or suffering from a disease?

I see how you think and I do not share that thinking. I do not believe suffering is necessary, and I do not relate suffering to pain. Pain happens, it is a sensation. Suffering is when I resist the pain and create a story around it.

There is an aspect of all of us that is happy no matter what. It is beyond thinking. It is always here. It can be discovered. First hand experience. The body can be in pain, and still there can be happiness. This is my experience.

This is how a human being can change.
There is a worm
addicted to eating grape leaves.

Suddenly, he wakes up,
call it grace, whatever, something
wakes him, and he is no longer a worm.

He is the entire vineyard,
and the orchard too, the fruit, the trunks,
a growing wisdom and joy
that does not need to devour.

Rumi

Yes. No one left to grasp or know what is happening. The collapse of duality doesn't happen, duality never happened. In order to know or describe something you have to create an artificial distance to it, separation. Nothing can be said about all there is, and there is no one to tell. Unknowable wholeness. Absolute mystery somehow appearing ordinary and grounded. No anxiety about what life is anymore, because the illusory individual that appeared separate to life was a dream. The answer to life is not answered, the questioner dies and no one is left wondering. An absolute let go into the unknowable, but no one did it, the resistance in form of a contraction created a distance to what was already "absolute let go." Nothing happened.

It is, so there's no need for a "what if?" question to begin with.

"I am.  Ohhhhh.. I AM!" - Leo Gura

It's all happening, and no-one is 'doing' it.

How hard are you trying to 'be' yourself? Not hard at all. It's effortless. You simply 'are'.

'Trying to do something' is something that happens without 'trying to do it', otherwise you'd have to 'try to try' before you could try, and you'd have to 'try to try to try' before that, ad infinitum.

Any attempt to 'do something' is just more 'what is already happening'.

'Trying to be how you are' and 'trying not to be how you are' are both 'how you are being' (without trying)..

You are ALWAYS 'being how you are', effortlessly.  'trying' is just more 'effortless being'.

It's sooooo easy to 'be me' (and it doesn't matter how 'me' is defined, human organism, or the Entire Universe).. it's Absolutely effortless.

No. My question is how does being here and now related to happiness? What if the here and now contained suffering?
