I feel very weak but that's ok. 

 

I had a bad dream last night. 

That I'm losing my life. 

It was cruel. 

I was with my sibling Mr A

Mr A is very dominating. 

Now you're walking with your mom. What do you feel?

I need to have a format. 

 

Day 1, few hours in:

 

Hour 1

Do I feel motivated now? 

Yes. 

Is there something blocking me? 

Right now. No. 

Use page breakers to update

The people who love you are also the people who set you free. Do not feel caged or cocooned around someone. 

If you feel cocooned around someone, time to put your foot down and break out of it. 

Because everyone needs communication and connection. So there is nothing wrong in wanting and needing it 

But do it the right way.

Hour 2

I need to focus on 3 things 

  • Time stamp and tracking 
  • Emotional and psychological space 
  • Motivation and inspiration every hour 
  • Sequence of actions 
  • Creating a flow 
  • Tracking of progress - daily and weekly

Just be gentle with yourself. 

And also be a bit opportunistic 

And try to relax a bit.

What inspires me? 

Beauty inspires me 

Growth inspires me. 

Politeness and respect inspires me 

Solitude inspires me 

Emotional safety and well being motivates me 

Feeling better emotionally motivates and stimulates me 

Comfort, space and privacy helps me 

Emotional comfort encourages me 

Beautiful aesthetics motivate and inspire me 

Encouragement and support helps me 

The need for progress motivates me 

Feeling focused motivates me 

A constant flow strengthens my momentum 

A habit helps me to stick through 

Positivity motivates me 

A sense of security motivates me 

A sense of freedom motivates me 

 

All these motivating factors will be a part of a ball or lump or heart. A heart full of these different factors or more. I'll call this the blue heart motivation or blue ball of motivation.

After motivation the next step is a string or sequence or a flow. I use hearts on a string to symbolize this process.

And the next is two more processes 

 

One is focusing and tracking the outcome and the last is reward system or mechanism. 

Symbols. 

Tracking the outcome or the impact process represented by a circle and the level of progress/impact by percentage points.

Everything is a blur.
