Any Good Self-Hypnosis resources?

8 posts in this topic

Hey.

I've heard self-hypnosis has helped some people with psychological issues and growth.

I've heard it's like meditation, but I'm not really sure what the difference is.

Anyway, I'm interested in practicing it.

Any resources, videos, people, books, websites, etc., for it?

Thanks

wish people answer this.

I am listening to some guided hypnotic audio by Glenn Harrold.

Most of the audios are only 30 mins to 1 hour long. It focused on one topic such as overcoming fear.

Can't say it's good or bad. It's worth around 3.5/5 stars. It's like guided meditation with music basically.

Harrold's stance is very strong like he would say you have full control now, wake up you have full control etc.

He even say things like you have full control of your mind during the hypnotic session.

I've done past life and spirit guide regressions with a help of guided hypnosis videos from this guy.

So far it has worked miracles for me and I've never found a reason to look for some other video/channel.

If you like to try it out, my advice is to aim for the beginner videos and the ones that are the longest, usually around 50 mins.
On the channel you can also find streams and talk videos about hypnosis, they can be quite informative. Cheers.
