I've discovered in my own experience what is been spoken about in this audio. You shouldn't deny yourself what you want, just regulate it.

Life's not hard. Acing it, maybe.

You'd have to be extremely unenlightened to think that life is hard.

If you have no confidence in yourself, you are twice defeated in the race of life. But with confidence you have won, even before you start.” -- Marcus Garvey

It's effortless.

How hard are you trying to grow your hair right now? Not at all... you do it effortlessly.  How hard are you trying to think your thoughts right now? Not at all.. you do it effortlessly..

Trying to 'be like yourself' and trying to 'not be like yourself' are the same thing.. they are both 'what you are doing', which is 'being yourself', and 'being yourself' is something you are always doing... effortlessly.

"If you do what's easy your life's gonna be hard, if you do what's hard your life's gonna be easy."

Gotta find what that hard thing is.

+ I think only very few people can overcome ALL of their chimp drives/addictions so don't beat yourself over it to much.

Sometimes I think, what the hell have i gotten myself into? I keep wanting to quit, to just fall headfirst into addiction, toxic relationships, eating bad food, watching low consciousness shows, all the things I'm breaking out of. But I almost don't have a choice but to keep going. I will preservere.

Every person's profile to self-actualize is different. That is why it is hard to give custom advice. One thing I can tell for sure: if your situation and mindset is that bad, you will need professional help. If there is no structural approach, a lot of energy/time will be lost.

Sending you love !

the struggle is real.

the good side is that the path gets easier and easier as long as you keep developing & being true to yourself, with compassion - especially in ruff moments like you are having right now.

@outlandish @Persipnei @Darlisto @LeoX8 @28 cm unbuffed @Meditationdude @Setzer901 @smurf88

Hey please listen to me.

I have seen Leo talking about FREE WILL VS DETERMINISM.

I was so confused.

Iam a porn addict since 2016.

Ok ,If have no free will  ,will I ever be breaking my porn addiction?

I wanted it to be over now. Should I have to leave it to the nature until it acts?

I can't leave it.

Like I lost my life purpose . I feel like death is my only option.

I feel like I got nothing to do.

Please help me on this topic.

I want to directly talk to Leo and get my doubts clarified.

Man I can't bear this pain ? .

If life is so hard there's only one reason, I think: it's because of us. I feel like a life lived in literal tribes would be a lot easier... so yea, mainly it's society that causes this, which means it can also only be changed through it too.

"We are like the spider. We weave our life and then move along in it. We are like the dreamer who dreams and then lives in the dream. This is true for the entire universe."

@Nani Hey man if you need advice on porn addiction, feel free to PM me. I've been through the struggle myself and have good strategies for overcoming it. Whether or not free will exists, your behaviour can still change. I highly recommend you read the following books (in order) if you'd like to start taking action on curing the underlying issues feeding your addiction:

  1. John Bradshaw - Healing the Shame that Binds You
  2. Eckhart Tolle - The Power of Now (or really any book on meditation/presence to the moment)
  3. Alexandra Katehakis - Erotic Intelligence
  4. Richard O'Connor - Rewire
  5. Alexandra Katehakis - Sex Addiction as Affect Dysregulation

All the best.
