They called me to go back to work! (depressed)

Due Covid the company where I worked suspended some contracts, and i've been living on welfare for some months.

In these months I've realized how stressed I was in my job, and I was suffering heavy metals intoxication bc I work as a metal miller.

They called me today that I have to go back january 11th. During these months I've lost my technical experience and I'll be more scared and stressed than before, Im starting to feel depressed.

These call has been worse that if somebody died, because im very self aware of new systems of work, integration of personal time with work, UBI... and now I have to face wage slavery again the 9-5 death.

How can I avoid falling into depression?
