Matcha Green Tea to Boost Healthy Living

6 posts in this topic

I've had matcha before but I started using it recently as my daily medicine almost.

It has many benefits from a bunch of anti oxidants to increasing lifespan.

Although it does have caffeine, about 60 mg.

Is this significant enough to cut it out or not?

It's a great drink and I've made up my mind mostly (I'm keeping it :) ) but I still want to read any comments or thoughts on this great drink.

It's super worth-it.

The only side effect I can think of (other than the dopamine spike) is that it can dye your teeth over time.

When you compare that to all the benefits, I believe it's pretty clear matcha is worth it.

I drink it for the immune support, and have it every other day. I've considered trying a decaffeinated matcha, but am not very educated on the risks of caffeine, I've only heard rumors.

@Mada_ yea it has some awesome benefits, the caffeine amount hasnt caused many issues yet, still having vivid dreams.

I felt a lump in my throat a few days back, did a 16 hour fast and started it with some good old matcha, lump dissapeared the next day :)

I buy matcha green tea powder to put in my protein shakes. Not only does it make a delicious shake, it has all the health benefits that come with it too.

iherb.com, the site I use to get some pretty low cost organic matcha powder
