Not destroy, transcend. Become consciouss of something more than intellect, not less. Right now intellect is exactly what you should use.

An important distinction to make would be to see if I said intellect will get you here or I haven't.

The intellect has to be extremely sharp before it can be transcended.

How did the scene look, when the actor realized that he always was in a movie? Was this a jump, a leap, like from 0 to 1? Really excited to hear that.

Happened during meditation session. Trying to identify what you are from what you are not. And becomes crystal clear that whatever is arising is not who you are. For you are the emptiness that everything arises inside of it.  So whatever thought perception sensations arise.. They come and go.. You remain ever present. As nothing.
