I think you mentioned in one of your videos that you intend to do a video on self-love.

If you only ever did one more actualized.org episode, I think it should be about this.

It is so foundational and impactful. If there's one thing that everyone in the world could stand to learn, I'd say it's this. And if nobody ever learned anything else but this, it would be enough.

go to youtube.com

search for self love actualized

click that video with the heart on it

voila!
