Hey,

can you recommend a good series of exercises for strengthening and relaxing the eyes (start to hurt more frequently from using a phone) ? Something I can implement well in the morning for a few minutes?

One proven eye exercise is this!

For 20 seconds hold your eyelids very tight! I don't know how to explain in english but you have to close your eyes and after that very strongly hold tight your eyelids closed i hope it makes sense! So count in your mind till 20 while you hold your eyelids very tight closed,you will feel tension from the ocular muscles fade away,after the 20 seconds pass open your eyes normally and then blink fast for another 10 seconds then you are done! You have to make this exercise multiple times a day for a period of months to see outstanding results ! When i was 14 i started to see very bad,i found a romanian video back then on yt describing to me this exercise!It was deleted shortly afterwards because the content was too valuable! Now at 20 i have perfect eyesight! At 14 when i start this exercise it took 2 months to restore a perfect eye sight!!!
