Is there a way out of suffering?

Can you not be present?

Yes. Ego is complete identification with the conditioned mind. Presence is the realization that you are not your conditioned mind; i.e., the end of ego.

Just because God loves you doesn't mean it is going to shape the cosmos to suit you. God loves you so much that it will shape you to suit the cosmos.

@Moksha

Is not real if you take it to mean "individual entity".

It is real if you mean "the mental constructs that make you feel like an individual entity". These can be dismanteled to various degrees.

Who feels them?

The ego is the illusion that you are your conditioned mind. Realizing yourself as consciousness is the end of ego. Staying present in that realization is the end of suffering.

This a teaching.  A should.  A" this is not it and you that doesn't exist have to do this for this to be what It already is"?

. The teaching is for the ego. Which is not there.  You can't turn what is into what is because it is already. And what isn't.. Isn't. Already.

If ego is illusion.. It does not exist.

If you are consciousness. You are conciousness.

Nothing stays present. Except present itself. There is no one to realize or to disidentify or to stay.

This is the end of duality baby.

@Someone here The illusion is the unconscious identification with the conditioned mind. Being conscious is different from being conscience. All of us are conscience, but relatively few of us are conscious. Enlightenment is consciousness that you are conscience, It is the end of illusion and suffering.

You asked if there is a way out of suffering. We are trying to help you, but we can only point. If you want to end the suffering in your life, learn to be present as much as possible. Experience the healing light of stillness and allow it to dissolve your attachments to the world of form. It is easier said than done, but it is possible. I continue to slip into unsconsciousness, but I am increasingly present. And my suffering is less as a result.

That's the point.  When there is no one that wants to end suffering. There is no suffering.

I could play by your rules and tell you that there's never someone who wants to end suffering because ego it not real, so actually there's never suffering.

How does it feel? Is it useful? xD

The part of you which is your body will always suffer, because there is always pain.

The part of you which is your desires will always suffer because you will always want things you don't or can't have.

The part of you which is your ego will always suffer because you will never live up to your ideas of who you'd like to be.

None of this will ever go away.

But maybe there is another part of you which has never suffered and never will, if you could find it and realize that it was who you really are.
