What is Evolution ?

why everything is constantly evolving ? switching the form, moving ...
paradoxily it's seems that change is the only pernament thing in this universe ? 
what is behind this force that is running the whole ?
do you know more about it? can you explain it ? 

is it intelligent ? or just seems like it but that is more like the effect of randomness - (doesn't look like randomness for me)

kind of funny for this community because we are all after actualization,
but we don't question what is evolution and it's meaning

yes! evolution is highly intelligent and i want to know why, usually scientists just say well its random but it took millions of years... that really doesnt cut it for me... it doesnt explain the beauty of a Poison Dart Frog or the Intelligence of an Ant Colony.

Leo mentioned evolution in his infinite intelligence video 2 years or so ago. He also said he might dedicate a video to the topic. I'm waiting for it since then ??
