Strange erection problem

Hi! This might sound even funny. I don`t have any problem at all getting an erection when I`m alone or when we(me and my GF) are dressed up, but when we undress and get ready for sex, it gets soft. I`m sure that the problem is psychological, however we managed to have sex for like two times, but for many times I failed getting it up. I should mention that I had severe social anxiety in the past. If you need more info about me, be welcome to ask. Any help is welcome :D

Hey. Can you give us more information on your background? Doesn't need to be publicly. I could start listing things that create erectile dysfunction (health, stress etc), but this is all classic. You need a more nuanced approach.

Sure, I`m 24, I had episodes where I was watching porn like everyday, the days where I was depressed. But I also had better times where I did not watch porn for like 6 months. Now I don`t watch anymore for 3 months almost. The social anxiety began at 16 years old and slowly started to decrease, I was feeling like everybody was laughing at me, that I look weird. Now I don`t have any anxiety at all, but when I`m in a intimate interaction with a woman, I get... well, idk, let`s say numb and insensible to any stimuli. No sweaty palms and shit. When we are dressed up, I have it hard as a rock, it`s almost comic haha. I don't know what more to say, I don't have any chronic disease or stuff like that. I have some religious parents who told me that sex is something we don't speak about, it is sinful. Typical stage blue folks.

@Alexop No ones gonna be able to solve the riddle of your erection but you

Anyway though here are some potential psychological reasons why you may not be able to get a hardon

1 Performance Anxiety

You mentioned that you don’t have any but you could be mindfucking yourself and over thinking it

2 Depression

ED I heard can be related to depression / numbness to stimuli is related 

3 Stress

4 Relationship Issues

Maybe your not attracted to your gf

It could be porn related, but if you’ve avoided any porn / sexual depictions of women for three months you should be set and ready

Anyway good luck with the boner problem

thanks :D I`ve also been very depressed a year ago. Most probably it`s the stress plus performance anxiety. Don`t worry she is super hot hahah.

@Alexop look up for mantak chia on YouTube. Kegel exercises will help. 

Laugh more during sex, play around make your environment comfortable, dim the lights out your favourite aroma dance a little..
