Contemplation On Improvement

7 posts in this topic

I am going to start a journal to track my contemplation on different areas of my life I am trying to improve.

@Nahm recommended that I pose a question or an issue i'm trying to solve, and then let it go and allow the insights to come to me.

So i'll likely post a question to myself and then go meditate or do yoga, and then allow the insights to come and i'll record them here.

If anyone has any insights into how to better use  contemplation to progress on the path that would be appreciated to.

Insights will come in various different ways. Beleive it or not they may come from song you hear when you go to super market to buy food. Or when 2 guys are arguing on street. Or when dog looks at you at street wanting you to pick him up. (sounds silly but best thing I ever done in my entire life)

"supernatural" is always the case.

@Raptorsin7 I'm a LoL player myself. Have you thought abt using the practice tool or watching a pro play while actively thinking about why they chose to make every decision they've made?

@Gajuun  I use practice tool to drill abilites. I'm currently working on nailing renekton's combos.

I haven't thought about that yet but it's a great idea. I'm trying to nail my mechanics and game knowledge right now.

Like I want to ensure I have all combos on muscle memory to ensure max dmg on renek. Also I want to learn all the main matchups top so I know all trading patterns and how to dominate lane.

I think watching pros will come after I do the above.

What rank are you?
