3 Hour Sit ~ Quarantine challenge

85 posts in this topic

I nominate all meditators in this forum who are currently in self isolation - to meditate 3 hours a day for the next 21 days...

Document the process & publish a video titled...

"I meditated 3 hours straight for 21 days, this is what happened! "

I am currently on day 2 of 21 and attempting to complete at least one 3 hour strong determination Vipassana Sit per day.

Lets create a wave of bliss...

@Vipassana I am currently riding the Quarantine wave. I don't have the effort to film it, but my progress will be logged here. 3 hours of strong determination is no joke, good work!

Hey good work!

I want to join

Could you tell me what kind of method you used?

I don't think my phone can record 3 hours long

Very impressive, i can do max 1h 30min, but i rather just focus on reexperiencing on the fears and the very fear of death, that i can do up to 30 mins, because its so intense, but touches deep layers of me.

@Applegarden Seems very powerful. I've heard of people doing a guided death meditation by OSHO and getting amazing results. They say it really feels like you're dying and a lot of stuff comes up. I definitely gotta try it out

What if I enter samadhi by accident and sit for 21 days straight?
