Im so tired

I've been really exhausted in the past 2 months bc i made some changes in my life. I quit porn, started exercising, i started studying everyday for 4 hrs, i dont listen to much music, i dont watch stupid videos on yt, i cleared everything i dont need,  and i've become so much more disciplined. Every time i watched a video from leo and read my notes i feel so tired and.. The problem is that i dont have energy, my productivity is very low, i can easily fall asleep during the day, I woke up very tired every single morning, i often feel dizzy, have a headache. Can u give me some tips about lifestyle changing?what should i do?

@Nahm Should I reward myself after, like after 4hr study 1hr video game(or something i addicted to) and constantly reducing the time I spend with it day to day? Or should i relax more, not to tryhard, be in nature more, meditate more? I know its a weird question but how to have fun?

Do you think super hard working successful people reward themselves for work? Obviously not, the work itself is rewarding.

These are good for productivity but taxing on your energy. What's the result your trying to create?

Having a vision for your life, which gives you butterflies in the stomach feeling, does wonders to your energy levels. If you have no purpose then you aren't going to have much energy either, because why?

@crab12 yeah, that can be the problem...i dont have a concrete vision. I'll definetely try to find my vision, i was watching leo's video something like vision for the self actualized life before yesterday and i felt more energetic.

@Tightrope Walker I dont eat very crap foods, but I only eat proccesed foods. The problem is that my family isnt that rich, so i dont have much selection. I eat the same sheet food for over and over again.  

I dont have friends, i spend most of my time alone, but im not depressed or anything that can cause these symptoms.

Check out adrenal fatigue/adrenal insufficiency. I have that myself and the most common symptom is fatigue. Don't overwork yourself and remove all sources of stress from your life. @ShardMare

You’re making changes for your well being and happiness...but aren’t experiencing the happiness. This is likely do to how you’re thinking about things, specifically, how you’re understanding the relationship between feeling & thinking. For example, if I said “there’s no such thing as bad feeling”, that might sound obnoxious & crazy. Rather than a whole lot of typing here, when you have a minute, if interested, take a look at this. Not so much the first post of “my life story” but the dream board content. I’d like to know what you think of it, in relation to potentially discovering the energy and feeling you’re looking for. 

On the diet, give this a try. Cheaper, quicker, and healthier than processed foods.

@Nahm I read it, only thing i could filter out is that I have too take life less seriously, slow down, go for quality instead of quality, be positive etc. Im a pessimist thats why i created for myself these emotions, and I dont have fun, i dont know how to rest. I couldnt get the energy from your story cz im a zombie, i dont have emotional reaction or idk. I might let go myself and have fun, relax and be back up after 1week. After that i ll try to read ur story again and try to find my vision and develop some good habits. Thanks again

Feel how one thought at a time feels.

The rest is in admitting to yourself, that “I’m a pessimist” ... isn’t true. It never was. Feeling told you this the very first time you thought it. It didn’t feel good, and doesn’t now either.

Nah, it’s because you’re believing that thought...which doesn’t feel good...because it’s not true. 

Ya, I “get it”...are you getting what I’m saying? One, though, at, a, time and how it feels. Notice the sneakery of believing a thought.

Not true.     & Not true.     What you do experience is emotional reaction.   What you want to experience is emotion creating. 

Look to see that “responsibility” has always actually been “response-ability”.

?? Notice...you’re letting go of one arising thought. 

You can’t let go of ‘you’, which is really good news, as you are the greatest ‘thing’ there could ever possibly be.

You're basing your self improvement/self worth off of ideals that society has indoctrinated you with. You stopped doing the things that you thought were "wasting time" and replaced them with things that are "productive", but why don't you have happiness? Because being productive doesnt equal happiness. 

This is not an excuse to stop taking responsibility for your duties, but 4 hours of studying every day? Thats excessive. If you love what you are studying, it shouldnt feel like work to you. You can probably get all your assignments done and get the understanding you need to pass in 1-2 hours a day. Spend those 2 extra hours "not doing". Just be, meditate, or whatever puts you in the present moment, escape trying to be productive.

@ShardMare Is there anything in life that makes you feel good? It seems like you're getting clarity on the old way of living as not feeling good to you.

Do you have any ideas on what you do want? If you could have anything what would you want?

@TrynaBeTurquoise yeah, i did not think before i committed myself with this thing, i could knew it that i would burn out. 4hrs of studying its not that excessive, i want to be better at it, i will have a bigger vision of why im doing it every single day, i have to train myself.

I started changing few things now, im having much more fun. But few days ago nothing really, just like meditation.

Not really. But when I read my notes, i can get few ideas. The problem is that i dont remind to myself these and these ideas are not that big so I often forget them(unintentionally).
