What are your thoughts on it? Recommend it?

How much formal logic and mathematics is necessary to understand it?

How would you rate it on the spiral (solid stage yellow book)?

I went through it quite quickly, haven't read all of it, but it was funny how they tried to find mathematical patterns in koans xD

No understanding of maths needed beyond understanding how simple equations can be solved.
If you are interested in that book, it's probably worth the read for you.

The biggest fun which I had from the book is proving of MU-puzzle using Coq prover.

Leo has this book in his booklist and I also recommend it.

What a dream, what a joke, love it   :x

I read this book in 5th Grade. I understood enough of it to change the trajectory of my life.

Sounds intriguing. Would you mind to elaborate?

Well, I’m 50 now. What I can tell you is that that book and others sparked an insatiable curiosity to discover the mysteries underneath my experienced, conditioned and very controlled reality. I was a very bright boy who got in a lot of trouble questioning my science, history and social sciences teachers, as well as my own parents and other authorities. To this day I am person of wider perspective, above the petty politics of our social reality, but have conceded or pretended enough to get along and be successful. Now at 50, I’m ready to fuck off and be a real human being.

A delicious book. A work of art.

@Leo Gura , please respond to my question. Did you achieve some insight into kamma and samskaras in your most recent enlightenment experience or was it just coincidental that you mentioned them several times?
