How do you deal with thinking headache?

Sometimes when I contemplate, my mind becomes rigid and it tends to end up as tension in my head.

Perhaps I could just try to use my mind in a less rigid way, or meditate before I contemplate, do body-work more regularly. But it can also happen during meditation; primarily using the do-nothing technique.

Has anyone had this problem before. Perhaps when I zap the mercury from my brain it will reside, or when I get into psychedelics in a couple years I will become terminator and it will be fine.

Hi there, I meditate (do-nothing), and do Hatha/Yin Yoga before I contemplate. If I start to get agitated then I will do more Yoga and resume the contemplation afterwards. Kriya Yoga is also very useful to quiet the mind prior to contemplation.
