Day14: 4/10.

Understand and embodied masculine energy yesterday. I watched leos video on how to be a man.I had so much energy that after I played basketball and was completely drenched in sweat. I slept for 2 hours, then I couldn't fall back asleep due to being unable to control this masculine energy for like 4 hours. Then slept 2 hours, went to work. I was embodying toxic masculinity I think.

Day 4: Relapsed.

 

It got really difficult while I was studying, my hands were just falling down, I just couldn't focus.

I had to do it in order to study the whole thing with better concentration.

The mind really gets you with anything it can when you are doing something boring, it wants to escape, and it used sex

as an escape, I allowed as a fast route to problem solving.

 

Stats and Insights

Current Record: 7 Days

November Nuts: 3 Times (in 17 days, this is actually great progress for me)

 

- GOTTA waste more energy, gotta do something creative .

Day 4: 6/10. Morning urges...

Still not that hard but my confidence and self esteem is kind of low right now. Hope that will improve.

@Proactive Keep going! When I had trouble sleeping after a week or so, I also felt very aggressive, it‘s just the lack of rest, no toxic masculinity👍🏼

Day 4 since last relapse. 6/10

Felt pretty low yesterday. Its been 6 days since me and my girlfriend had sex. She's never given me any real reason to suspect her of cheating, I have just been cheated on before and sometimes the insecurity rears its ugly head. I get in my head thinking, "if she's not having sex with me, she must be getting it somewhere else". Watched Leo's video on how to be a man part 1 and that gave me a good kick in the nuts. So what? If she cheated on me, it would be painful but Id survive. I went to the gym to release some sexual tension, but omg the women in yoga pants and training bras were unbareable. It gave me plenty of energy for my workout. Sometimes I spend so much time being aroused but not fully erect that I get horrible blueballs. What do you guys do about the blueballs?

So I tried @dimitri's video. I do the see the benefit in it, but it is not what I think I need at the moment and it is risky.

Haha. Yes, I can understand. It's probably better to practise when you have a regular sex. I was able to go from 10 minutes duration of sex to 2 hours duration thanks to practices.

My nut is not crackable.

Honestly though, i've been having too much masculine energy, and have been looking for my release. However can't nut to remove it. Just taking deep breaths, everything will be okay. Enjoy this moment, enjoy the desire flowing through your body. It feels quite nice, but not attaching any meaning to it.

Felt like absolute garbage for the last 24 hours, but not related to the adstinence, I dont think. Just finished a weekend of on-call work and got called out of bed to get on a rooftop at 2 and 3am every night

Day1: 2/10

  • Woke up in the middle of the night, couldn‘t sleep for a few hours and only after I fapped I could sleep
  • I feel pretty unsatisfied in the last few days, I‘ve observed this during my last keto diet too
  • the need for material possessions and pleasure is immense, could be dopamine connected
  • I now understand addicts more... I Just didn‘t care about the outcome anymore

To everyone here,

My advice to all of you is to stop counting days. Don't make this into an ideology.  Just accept this as part of your new lifestyle and a way of life, and try to be conscious of your actions.

I have made the most progress once I stopped counting the days and I don't count them.

Also, it's important to be focused on other things and to have some goals in your life. If you are sitting in a room bored with nothing to do, you better be meditating or doing something, or you will end up nutting.
