Stuck energy in the Head? Help

10 posts in this topic

Its been 2 years I have been experiencing this. After meditated for 8 months, 30x2 minutes a day. And after that I experienced OBe, and energy spinning in my head, after that here is what happened these past two years.

1. I feel a pressure on the top of my head, forehead and temples.

2. Brain fog, hard to focus and to think.

3. Cant use my brain to think anymore

4. Having Dissociation, derealization, depersonalization with my body and enviroment.

5. Feeling haze, blurry, foggy, like im in the cloud.

6. Depression and anxiety sometimes I have Panic episodes.

the positive is that I just became more conscious of my self.

I already tried various kind of grounding which its worked great but never find one who can really bring up my mind from the foggy state.

I really want to bring all of the energy on my head down..

If some of you experienced this, can you give me some techniques that you have used and worked great to remove the excessive energy in your head?

Thanks!

I experienced almost all of those symptoms when I first started meditating.

The energy in the forehead I can't really explain. I also experienced ringing in the ears. It would be especially strong when I meditating or falling asleep. But I did notice that the energy would be amplified if I tried to control the breath. That said, I think those energies were only strong for the first year or two. After that they pretty much disappeared.

Exercise and plenty of sleep helps with the brain fog.

I think people on the spiritual path experience derealization when they start questioning the notion of an objective reality.

Depersonalization on the spiritual path may result from realizing one is not their thoughts or emotions.

As for depression and anxiety you are going to have to get really clear on the causes. In other words, you really have to know yourself.

Just out of curiosity, are you more of a busy-body or a lazy person?

Also, are you confident and content socially?

Lastly, do you believe in your abilities?

xD Lazy person and lazy body hahaha.

I can say that Im confident and social, but sometime I need time to shut and be in the silent. But once Im in the mood to talk, then I go wherever I wanna go :)

Since Im kind of a lazy person, maybe I dont really believe in my ability, especially to get things done, because I started to think how heavy or how hard it will be when I wanna get done something...

@niko ev When meditating on the breath, I can shift the energy downwards, in the direction of the stomach.
On the 'out' breath, breathe into your solar plexus. You can learn to move energy around your body this way.

To let the energy out of the head, you need a relaxed throat. Do you sing?

@niko ev I have had pressure in my head for several years. Its gets more intense the more rooted I get in the present moment.

I read it was a third eye opening and can be pleasant or unpleasant depending on the person's level of awakening.

I don't know if my reply will help you but might give some extra information. For some months now I experience a lot of blockages and movement of energy in my body. Sometimes it's my head, sometimes neck, stomach etc. It started with meditation although I suspect that migraines I used to have were a symptom of that - the thing that has changed is my awareness.

What I do is to focus my attention on parts of my body that need some 'work', I move my centre to that spot and just 'watch' it from the inside. The moment my awareness goes there there is movement and the energy goes through, dissolves or moves out (or keeps bugging me ;)). Do not 'push' it, just let it relax inside you, you should feel your muscles get loose. Scan your body - often the block that is disturbing you is not where you expect it to be. I suspect that they are meridians that go through your body and they can be felt as some kind of links, so if a block is in the bottom it will pull also the top of your body. Sorry, it's difficult to explain. I do try to ground it often by imagining a string going from my root chakra to the Earth. Sometimes I do the opposite - send it through the top of my head in a similar visualisation.

I will be happy to hear more from other people too because once I started to clear up the links there is more energy rushing through me and sometimes it is also a hard experience (so be warned). I don't know any other solution for that so I continue meditating and relaxing, clearing the energy channels.

@niko ev

Less is more, deconstruction is growth, release is relief, love is healing.

If I had no practices from which to choose, no strategy to implement, no solution left to try - what would I feel, and how would I be at peace in this feeling, in the knowing it is purification, a cleaning out - and further that it is the divine natural order of all things, and will pass, leaving me the better for it?

Depression can make you lazy, and laziness can make you depressed. Keep an eye on that shit and challenge it. Remember to do the things you have to do, and do the things you want to do. That will help with your depression.

Is it change something in your life? Or is it already opened right now?

I tried this but still,, maybe Im not too focused while doing this or just was too short. And the strings idea is interesting too! Will noted this... Thanks!

Agreed with this quote, while in this destruction phase. I observed myself very well and face all of my false self concept and image that I made since I was a child, and requestion again about my beliefs.

I have to have a schedule and do all of the stuff written, in order not to feel bad about myself, and added more powder to my depressed feeling xD.

@niko ev what can help with your brain fog etc is looking into your body’s health. Here’s a post you can reflect on:

5 major factors that contribute to fungal overgrowths in the body.

Most people are very confused about candida, and simply just wrapped up in the mind regarding how this overgrowth is caused. For one candida is naturally present in the body, and this fungus is only present to clean up the excess trash in the body. The problem is, when fungus gets out of control in the body, and they expel their cellular waste, this can cause itching, brain fog, fatigue, depression, burning in tissues, nausea, and the list goes on.

The number # 1 biggest contributor to fungal overgrowths is excess fermentation in the body. It’s not sugar! Natural sugar from fruits and vegetables raw is what makes the chemistry in that food alkaline and nutrient dense. Fungus doesn’t thrive on nutrition, they thrive on alcohol. Fruits are sweet and desirable, but not to fungus and microbes that proliferate in the human body. Fungus or candida come in the body to clean up the fermentation, and the biggest reason for excess fermentation is related to poor functioning adrenal glands. So why would the adrenal glands play a role with fermentation? I’m glad you asked, because the adrenal glands are responsible for how you metabolize sugar form all plant foods that contain them. If you don’t metabolize, or utilize sugar properly, because you damaged your adrenal glands, then the sugar will ferment in the body (turn to alcohol) candida must come and clean up the mess when this happens, and in return you deal with the waste they create. If you fix your adrenal glands, then you should not run into these issues of fermentation regarding the adrenal glands connection regarding metabolism of sugar.

# 2 poor food combining is a huge reason for fermentation taking place in the body which causes fungus to get out of control.
If you combine starch with fruit, starch with fat. High sugar fruits with fats, proteins with carbs, fast digesting fruits with slower digesting fruits etc, this is going to cause digestive issues, because of the rate of speeds regarding digestion, and the end result is excess alcohol in the body. For example if you eat a big bowel of oatmeal, and then have watermelon, you can literally create so much fermentation in the body, you end up felling drunk. I’ve heard a story that someone actually got a dui from doing this. Candida love alcohol, and not combining your foods well, can create this in the body.

# 3 Synthetic sulfates that stick to the body caused by antibiotics, sulfa drugs, supplements. Processed foods that contain them, hygiene products etc.
when sulfates leave this sticky residue in the body, it can interact with digestion, and also is a substance that fungus love to feed on. Sulfates are hard to detox out of the body, so if you have a heavy load of sulfur in the body, your most likely dealing with a heavy load of candida as well.

# 4 starchy foods. The starchy foods are the fungal foods, most of them have a high count of mold on them already, and this complex sugar (high sugar food) when it’s not properly metabolized, because the adrenals are fatigued, and damaged, will make it very difficult to deal with complex sugars, vs that of a simple sugar in a fruit or vegetable. Their is a reason when a person goes on a raw food diet, and goes though the fungal and parasitic die off symptoms, starts to have massive cravings for starches, and even cheese and fermented foods. Even a vegan for many years will go raw vegan, and start having intense cravings for cheese. This is because your no longer feeding them the fungal foods they crave, and they are bitching a fit, and saying “FEED ME” if fruit sugar feed candida, then why aren’t you craving massive amounts of fruit? Your not, your craving a plan potato!? For good reason, because starchy foods feed fungus, and fruits kill and starve them out of the body.

# 5 pancreatic issues. When the pancreas get beat up from the processed foods, and cooked foods, then it impairs it’s main function regarding the digestion of carbohydrates. When you partially digest your carbohydrates, then the food sits in the gut, and ferments, which leads to candida coming in again to clean up the excess alcohol in the body.

These are the main contributors I think that lead to fungal overgrowths in the body. You can have problems with fungus even on a raw food diet, and especially when you eat the gourmet raw that is not combined properly. You can even have fungal issues on a 100% mono fruit diet. If you don’t metabolize sugar, because your adrenal glands are down, and even the pancreas, and your still full of sulfur in the body, your going to have issues, until you fix the adrenal glands and pancreas, and get the sulfur out. The food alone may not be enough, and this is when the fasting becomes important, so you can let the body rest, so it can heal itself effectively. The herbal botanicals are also an important factor, because they enhance these stubborn glands, and promote cleaning in the body, regarding regenerative detoxification.

You also need a fruit based 100% raw food diet to promote kidney filtration. So you can clean the lymphatic system, because it’s the acids that damage the glands, which cause issues with sugar metabolism and proper digestion of carbohydrates. You also need to clean out the terrain (stagnant debris) because it’s the trash in the body that create an environment as well, that cause candida to proliferate. Fruit is going to clean out the body the best, and also hydrate and alkalize the body, which starve out the microbes, like fungus, yeast, mold, parasites etc.

If your having fungal issues on a raw food diet, and fruit based diet, go after the main causes. Simple food combining with adrenal gland and pancreas problems are important, and getting your kidneys to filter your lymphatic system is important, herbs that help activate the adrenals, pancreas, and clean the gut of sulfur, and mucus is important, refraining form junk food and process sugars is important, and you can also live on natural herbal anti fungal for a while, while you work on your adrenal glands, and clean your lymphatic system. Don’t fear the fruit, because simple sugars will be the least problematic, it’s the starch that cause the fungus to proliferate.

Hydrate, alkalize, get your kidneys to filter, adopt a fruit based raw food diet, clean out the trash in the body, and fix the glands that deal with sugar metabolism, and the digestion of carbon (adrenals/pancreas) get rid for the sulfur in the body, with the astringent fruits and herbs, and you will be on your way with getting this issue under control, just don’t buy into the bs out their regarding sugar feeding candida, because it’s not sugar, it’s the fermentation of sugars that feed them.

You can’t starve the body of sugar, and kill candida for good, if you have adrenal issues, synthetic sulfur in the body, and a poor functioning pancreas, you need to address this by cleaning out the body, and repairing the body systemically, or this issues will always be present, and proteins and fats ware out the kidneys and adrenals, and without them functioning properly, you can never get rid of this issue, and it’s the fruits and vegetables that make them function properly, and it’s the proteins and rancid fats that destroy them.

Get back to nature my friends, get back to the diet your biologically designed to eat, tap into your intuitive consciousness, let your instincts guide you, surrender to the present moment, and I promise you my friends you will thrive!
