I'm very concerned. It has been going on for a few years. She just wants to be inactive.

If you want to help her a good way would be to live an inspired and passionate life yourself. That way she can see how it is to have a different lifestyle. Talk to her about your struggles and vision. Maybe with time and when she sees how much you like it, she becomes inspired herself.

Your sister is not you. She's got nothing to do with you. Nothing to be done there other than, as others have said, lead by example. A great thought "You cannot make others well by making yourself ill; You cannot make others rich by making yourself poor; You cannot worry enough to cause others to feel peace; You cannot make others feel love by hating; Cannot turn people kind by being rude..." You get the the picture... Embody what you want to see. That's the highest service here.
