No, it has been found in rats. Not in humans, it is just assumed since it seems very likely due to the fact that a mammal brain has it (and it is found in nature, in many many plants). So people say it is produced in humans and the hearsay spreads. But there is actually no evidence for it, unless I have missed some study.
