i am addicted to pointless  games like fifa and gta 5.

You addicted to waste your time then : wandering off . Unhealthy way to play.

You don't kill Time with game. You don't use them as an escape. This is unhealthy.

You consciously choose to play for love because you choosed to use this important time for this.

If not. Inquiry. How much value/love do they add to your life ?
