I thought I’ll start a thread to lift our spirits and share the things that made us happy today. Share whatever made you feel good or better today. It can be anything big or small, even a tiny progress towards what you want.

I’ve finally done some gardening that I wanted to do. I keep looking out of the window and enjoying the much improved look. I propagated all the new plants couple of weeks ago so it didn’t even cost much. :)

I'm so warped in my mind at the moment that I completely forgot about my growth and happiness. Anyway, I'm happy for the fact that I exercised outdoors in the morning even though it was raining and it was more excusable not to.

I spent a good 2h this morning singing one note repeatedly along with a drone(It was a C). I lost myself in the infinite fractale nature of the harmonic series. It was quite enjoyable :D

I woke up before sunrise and went on a two hour bike ride with close friends. Now I’m about to take shrooms w my girlfriend.

I went to a tiny little spot by the water to sit, but there was a young couple there already, and I was happy for them.

Went to the gym super early today for 2 hours.

Drank my Kale/Cucumber/Celery/Granny Smith Apple Smoothie.

Grateful for my optimal health at 38.

Drawing. Reading some articles and Books.

and 2 hours of laying down under the fire ball with visualisation of music and no thinking méditation.

Aim to improve understanding communication / sociology / biology / physics.

I even catch a little egoic need while meditating and used my trans-logic to disable it.

Reflecting on where I should aim my boat.
