Can someone explain this dream?

I had a little nap in my dream I saw somebody (I’m not sure who) throw a bucket with a substance. It is hard to explain what the substance was but when it was thrown everything it touched became eyes which I could see through. At the same time I realized other people couldn’t see what I just witnessed because the substance splashed the surrounding and disappeared but the effect I explained above remained. What does this dream mean?

To be honest, I think only you can contextualise the dream personally. ive seen people post their dreams here but I can’t see how a person can get a definitive answer.
