Compulsive Tendencies must be avoided at all costs, and the way you avoid them is through following Daily Routines and setting up Goals which you follow with diligence and work ethic. 

Resist all temptations and distractions by focusing on your breath constantly, (stay conscious).

Omnipresent beings like to guide you in small instalments, why?

Because you may not be able to handle it. It takes true discipline and practice, no shortcuts are allowed.

You really are signing yourself up to being completely non-dual. You will be totally selfless. There isn't death, there is just an omnipresent state to return to.

If you want to take psychedelics to get to this state you may RUIN your intellect, discernment abilities, and sweetness of emotion (being a loving, kind human)
