Symptoms of High Amounts of Mercury?

4 posts in this topic

What are the symptoms of high mercury in the body? I have both ADHD and a more consistent metallic taste in my mouth and am wondering if there’s a connection.

I don't think ADHD nor a metallic taste are symptoms of mercury exposure. Why are you concerned about mercury specifically? Have you had some exposure that you know of? Do you eat a lot of tuna or other fish that are high on the food chain?

This could be Zinc deficiency. There are Zinc tests available, it's a liquid that you leave in your mouth and depending on how it tastes you can assess your Zinc status. Can also be Iodine toxicity.

Could also be mercury, it does mess up with central nervous system a lot. Do you have a lot of fillings in your mouth or a past history of excessive exposure such as excessive vaccination or excessive consumption of the large fish? (tuna, shark, swordfish...) .......has your mother had an excessive exposure before you were born?

The clearest symptoms are lack of memory, constant mistakes, hard to focus, always tired with no reason. If you are young this is not normal.
