What to do in self-Inquiry when you get a wrong answer?

7 posts in this topic

After you get the answer "yeah I'm the mind, I'm those thoughts". What do you do? Just stop? Question again to try and find what you are looking to find?

Don't take it as an answer and keep looking. There's only one answer, and you will pass many before you get there

@AlphaAbundance

If you're the thoughts, then how are you aware of them?

You are looking to find the subject that is you. Are thoughts the subject or an object that is being noticed by the subject?

Any answer you land on is an object observed by you. Who is this you?

@AlphaAbundance yes stop. Then go to youtube. Type Mooji self-inquiry and start from zero because you're doing it completly wrong. :)

Just be careful if you're not emotionally stable those days.

If you get too close, you may get crazy or deeply depressed for some time.
