How much Broccoli is too much Broccoli?

6 posts in this topic

Some days I eat half a kilo of Broccoli. I make sure I wash it enough of course and either stir fry it or vapor it to make sure I don´t get any pesticides/illnesses

I eat it almost every day.

I actually think that if you eat lot's of organic broccoli or broccoli that's washed and cleaned it's very healthy for you, it's study proven many many times.
I also think that it's important to vary with eating different kinds of vegetables.
For me it's important that i eat organic fruits and veggies as much as possible or washing them clean.

Some say too much cruciferous vegetables can inhibit thyroid function but if you feel fine then don’t worry about it, broccoli is awesome

Broccoli is one of the most healing and detoxifying foods there is. To maximise its benefits, chop it in small pieces and let it sit for 40 minutes before cooking to activate Sulforophane and Indole-3-Carbinol.

Also definitely go organic if you consume it at such massive amounts.
