Are there acts of love?

If hate doesn't exist, then every act is done out of love. 

What about romantic love?

Yes, it's all love but there's conscious love and unconscious love. Some romantic love is conscious love, a lot of it isn't. 

You can love from a place of ego on varying levels. Stealing something from someone is self love, without any love for the person who you stole from. You can only steal or hurt if you have the belief that there is you and there is another. When the self dissolves, when you truly love your neighbor as yourself because he literally is you, then you can love consciously. 

We ALL slip back into unconscious love from time to time, and when we do that's just a call for even more love, including loving ourselves in our failure.
