I feel that.

Fasting is like the practice of transcending the bodies needs and it does seem to break open another facet of consciousness for me.

@SgtPepper Indeed, it allows the body to become superconductive thus easier to tap/tune into higher states of consciousness and eventually embodiment. I feel far better and more myself when the vessel is clean, i become a clear channel and everything in general becomes more efficient.

@ajasatya I believe soul is the essence of who we are, the energy that gives the body life. I do not wish to achieve anything in particular that i do not already embody. I am simply sharing for others so they too can become aware of the master within themselves.
