don't hold your breath but i might just do it. What happens when waking up from the sleep state and meditating? Know a person is more in a relaxed state but what happens really or a person just goes deeper or what??

No no, it's WATCH the breath, not hold the breath. This ain't yoga.

@David Hammond thanks again!

Try it. It's how the Buddah attained enlightenment and how I also became enlightened.  ✌

Could you describe what was experienced the moment the shift happened? And was there a deepening the following hours/days?

The problem with that is you will make it into a belief system. This is happening with Leo's videos, Leo is explaining his experiences and people latch onto it and thibk this is how things should be. Then they get very cagey when it doesn't happen..

Getting to the point where you could reach the gateless gate isn't that hard if you're dedicated and understand the pointers.

Accepting to let go and surrender by having real balls is something else :/

@SoonHei yes, the jaw should be very relaxed anyway. Whatever feels natural. Just make sure you sit upright..

Fast path to enlightenment,

Just don't react or hid/supress any of your emotions and let them be (which doesn't mean hitting everyone if you're angry for example).

Especially when it comes to your self-image or strong emotions like jealousy/envy/lust etc...

Seek out the thoughts that makes you uncomfortable and bring those uncomfortable emotions to the surface if you want to go faster.
Probably a good idea, because if you don't, you'll have to face them directly at full force when the trigger happens.

@David Hammond i cant breathe too well with the nose

Breathing into/out of the belly from the mouth should be okay i suppose?

If you just keep practicing, breathing deep into the stomach will become natural, just be consistent with it. :)

Do you think, that people have to take you seriously, that you are something more now?

No, I think you take me too seriously and that whatever you think about me is just a reflection of you. Do you think that you are thinking my thoughts?

2 days, 23 hours and 10 minutes of that were mastering the technique.

50 minutes solid on the breath will result in permanent enlightenment.

Were you awake the whole time without ever sleeping or taking naps for 3 days?
