@SQAAD

.  How would one ‘work on’ their sexuality, really?

@Nahm  Yes exactly! I ask this question because Leo said in his last video about the importance of having the basic survival game dialed in & he also mentioned "working on your sexuality".

I don't know what needs to be worked though.

No, because that's still a should.

You could also never have sex if that doesn't resonate with you.

Asexual person exist.

When did I say it's a "should"? Read again what I said, it doesn't contradict your last 2 statements.

@SQAAD Perhaps you interpret sex as transactional due to emotional avoidance, positing that sex will = happiness. Like an exchange...”If I put in the time & effort to find sex, I’ll get happiness.

Discover your true self , Happiness, in acceptance. This is done with or without an active sex life. Sex drive is just one facet to accept.

In ‘having done the work’, and feeling great with or without any thing (ex; sex), you’ll exhume a natural attraction, as that is what everyone is seeking.

And then you get sex anyway just because you don't need it :x:D

Quite a few monks are gay and that's the reason they become monks. So they can jerk each other off. Or they abuse people which also happens all the time. Their sex drive comes out in very weird ways.

It depends.

If you're having lustful thoughts a significant part of the day,
If you watch porn everyday or most days of the week
If you fap to the point where you're always tired everyday
If you are shy around women

Probably a good idea to own your sexuality.
The thing is to do it consciously, otherwise you'll end up like those PUA and pick up guys who just make their all life about asses and boobs.

I have always wondered how monks overcome the blue balls syndrome. Maybe someone can answer?

With "nocturnal emissions" the blue balls syndrome is not a problem. In fact I even did a 100day nofap with peeking a lot into porn and I only had blue balls twice I can recall. If you don´t even look at porn or fantasize in any way, blue balls don´t exist.
