THIS IS SUCH A GREAT VIDEO

This video is golden.  Keep reading those books.  It's easy to get into the trap of thinking you don't need to read more.  You need that theory to percolate into practice and into growth.  Theory is also good for getting you to experiment and to goose you out of whatever box your Ego-Mind has constructed for itself to feel safe, secure, and superior.  Get yourself a daily routine to read books, listen to audiobooks, or watch/listen to YouTube videos.  Watch with your friend, girlfriend (boyfriend), accountability partner using Watch2gether.  You can listen to audiobooks together too using Watch2gether.  This will allow you to do Relationship Development work as you soak up new theory, which is like killing two birds with one stone.

Lead by example.  Be somebody who inspires and empowers others to become leaders.  Cut yourself some slack too but not too much slack.  If you pull the reins too hard the horse will buck; but the horse also wants and needs a certain amount of leadership from you too.  You and the horse need to become sort of one system.  This will lead to Interdependence, which is one of the coolest places you can get to in life.  Don't be a control-freak.  Allow things to be what they are just as much as you try to interfere with things.

DUALITY IS A DUALITY TOO

Think about this: duality is a duality too, see.  You have to transcend the Mind 100%.  It's useful though to go through all this duality material though, don't get me wrong.  Duality vs. Non-duality is a duality.  This is why you need the Zen Mind aka Satori.

Recommended reading: study this book very very carefully

ON STAGE GREEN

"Systemic inequality" is such a Stage Green buzzword.  I'm not knocking it, just pointing this out.  "Systemic racism" is another one.  It's the Man holding us down dude.  It's not my shitty attitude, it's the system.  Green is like a child blaming its parents for all its ills.  It's never is, we're good.  We gotta change the system to be more like us.  I gotta change the system to fit my morality.  That's Green.  Green loves to blame everybody other than itself for all ills -- and the more general the better for Green's Ego.  Green loves to play the role of the long suffering social martyr.
