Follow-up on "How To Meditate - The No Bullshit Guide to Meditation"

in this video Leo says he had been meditating for 250 days - 1 hour a day.

This was approx. 5 years ago.

Would like to see a follow-up on the benefits of meditation after 5 years of doing it consistently, and how the expectations he had about meditation were met or not. Maybe some wrong preconceptions? Or better than expected?
