You might be able to create daymares in your mind if you practice. I like to visualize fighting a huge monster with a spear.

Yes, if you mean a negative visualisation, as a stoic technique (Leo has a video on this)

As well as positive visualisation, however you need to trick your mind in a way by adding an emotion to it. And your mind cannot tell the difference the picture alone in your mind wont do much unless there is a strong, emotional bond attached to it. This is how you program your subconscious mind. This leads to subconscious beliefs based off of your purpose doing it

@F A B Yes, you create your reality. One that took me by surprise (this is from a Leo video), is to visualize yourself in the bedroom as the opposite sex. Surrender to getting fucked if you're a man, and do the fucking if you're a woman. Visualize it clearly. A lot of feelings and emotions can come up, but realize that neither modes are "bad" and that's there's beauty to both.

Great question. I'm currently learning the power of imagination.

Turquoise-level imagination is amazing. It feels para-normal at first. I'm developing skills to use it wisely.
