Daily smoothies made it really easy for me to transition. I recommend doing your research on supplements for sure. Funny because I never use to eat the meat alternatives, but I like them quite a bit now. Probably not that great for me, but easy to cook in my air fryer. You can't really tell the difference on some of the chicken alternatives and what not.  Try some smoke tofu I highly recommend that and tofu provides a lot of amino acids and protein. I usually have quinoa/rice dish with tofu and a veggies several times a week for dinner. My main issue is a lack of different meals I go for, but I get all the nutrients I need. So try and find a few dishes that you like. You'll likely be cooking for yourself more than usual.  It typically can take months for your taste buds to adapt to a more vegetable based diet. Like if I had my ex try my smoothie she though it was disgusting, but I love it. I've seen people fast to get their taste buds to adapt to it, but I don't think it is needed. You can make a smoothie for example and just start with heavier fruits to get a better taste for it.

Oh and pro tip don't tell anyone you made the change. Unless you want to hear how many people think they have a slight amount of knowledge on nutrition. People tend to think you believe you're "superior" as well if you don't eat the same garbage they do daily. Just easier to take care of your own business besides with tolerant friends. But even then I know people who have brought up how I don't eat meat for like 6 months.

Neal Bernard is a good reference on youtube and that should lead you onto some other nutrition experts.

Search the history, veganism has been discussed here many times before. You may finds lots of helpful tips just scrolling through recent pages on this forum subsection.

I my experience of almost a decade of veganism, i almost destroyed my health and mental clarity. So is up to you and your own priorities.

I came to realize that veganism is just a religious based lifestyle, has little to do with health.

@Hellspeed I see you promoting carni diet all over this forum, don't remember you doing so in your past posts. To me, this is EXACTLY THE SAME as vegans promoting their agenda. You found your religion, found new experts and saw some benefits, now you are spreading it all over the forum like cancer. So technically, carni diet is your RELIGION guess you just don't see it that way yet.

@Michael569 You have to be careful with him. He always posts something new like he's done it for thousands of years and is 100% sure of it. Almost all of his posts all over the forums are like this yet they are constantly changing from one thing to another. He does some research then all of a sudden its 100% the best thing ever until the next thing he finds out about.

One day Haritaki does it all, next its breathing fire dragon breath from your balls, now its raw animal protein, whats next?

I sort of seamlessly stopped eating meat. I've always had meat as part of my meal, mostly because of our culture and habit. My parents always had some kind of meat garnish for every meal.

With transitioning to a more healthy diet, the meat just went out of the picture. I've started eating smaller portions and adding more vegetables to my diet. At first, I bought frozen vegetables to mix with nuddles or rice, with a little bit of chicken. Then, I just eliminated the chicken form it, and it didn't make much of a difference. If anything, I lost a bit of weight and stopped feeling tired after every meal. I've replaced milk with almond milk, dropped cheese and bread, and stopped eating meat regularly. Instead, I have vegetables, soups, salads, and eggs or oatmeal for breakfast.

The need for meat to get extra protein or calcium, or any other nutrients, is mostly a mental projection. The mind just clings to it because it's what you ate most of your life. I'm not a proponent of any vegetarian ideals, but holding meat as crucial is basically defending a habit with rationalizations layered on top.

I don't think you need to follow any strict vegetarian diet or advice. You don't need to count calories or nutrients. Just slowly start buying less meat. One day you will realize that meat is not as important as the mind makes it be.

I did not. I promote what i experienced, that is different. So don't talk about agendas and start talking from experience.

And yes, i admit i was wrong. Go Vegan and see the consequences.

but you can read honesty, with an accurate mind, he is not sayin always bs, very hard truth

I understand where he is coming from ultimately, but it is not wise at all to post what you think you know without true understanding. At one point he may of understood things but knowing too much without daily spiritual practice/integration deludes the self and distorts true understanding. I can see the wavelengths most of his messages are coming through as channels/downloads/patterns but without you seeing it clearly it would not be wise to share with others because it comes out extremely distorted.

You need to have a master's level of awareness to translate properly the knowledge in which he is trying to share on these forums. I also do not see as clearly as i used to so i refrain from posting many things until i have a direct/clear vision/download. On the other hand he does not because he does not "see" the re-patterning he is causing which ultimately deludes self further. I have cautioned him of this before as it will backfire.

He did not listen and he continues to post without proper integration. I honestly tried to help him the most because what is happening to him happened to me a long time ago and you can get overwhelmed by the deeply mystical nature of spirituality and go completely on-sided in which causes a chaotic reaction because to thrive within existence the center point is key, balance is key, simplicity is key AKA the middle way.

If you are too one-sided, you fall off track completely and it becomes extremely challenging to find your place especially in today's day/age in which not many true masters are known that properly understand how these energy patterns work and how to balance and integrate them properly.

Its sorta like taking too much psychedelics without knowing how and giving enough time to properly integrate what you just downloaded. It can backfire completely.

@pluto You speak about proper this, proper that. Straight knowledge i cannot release here. Why? Plain and simple, i'm not getting paid here, i'm here to have fun. I have my own platforms where i teach and make a living. You speak about practice, you follow the deceiving logical virtue of dormant folk. But this is a playground in where i can test people's reactions for my own circle of spiritual teachings. :) So yeah, what i say usually is the true true, but i will not put it in a sweet manner, just because.

And another brag boost on the way, i have more practice than the majority here at any level and i could literally destroy anyone's paradigm just like that. But i rather play, have fun, annoy someone, help someone and what not? annoy you :P

Best of wishes

I agree. find the balance for yourself is a point key of my philosophy, then share this energy/philosophy with others, without dogmatism, finding the right spell for the right class of people ( like in video games, I don't teach magician to be warrior for instance if that make sense ) Not that I pretend to teach, I teach everyone who want to listen, without trying to dive in their own way. I just show with a finger what I think would be the way for them, but only their mind can tell if what I point to as a sense of truth or if that's bullshit, myself is still ever relearning everyday, never stuck on one paradigm, that's hard for getting me for most people, they believe I have no loyalty, but my loyalty is to the best way to live, and that imply change in mind/thought/thinking.

thinking in multiple radical way, tends not to makes you hateful I suppose, it tends to makes you have the right eye for the right context.

I know there is counter way of thinking to everything I think is fair, only experience is above theory, and I see that even in private message, my friend above tends to still play with me, it's a bit annoying, but fair, his way of teaching, most people that tends to look for a master become very fluent with the one they look upon. ( like my brother on myself sometimes, I know what it means to be a sun for someone who live in the dark )

I still believe the way to have real peace is bring this peace to everyone not only for the I self, that sounds pretentious and very close minded, but that's only my vision - maybe another delusion, but whatever, I m still learning, everyone learn the hard or the easy way, but that's not easy to be a good teacher, I believe my way is more art than words, and my words tends to play this shaping.

I find that "large" vision tends to mud many peoples, but it depend, I m a big fan of what game of thrones did on my mind for instance, I think that teaching can be find everywhere, but it need a context.

So I keep sharing a lot of different paradigm aswell that I find to be a part of my truth, I never tends to bs people, I m all for cut the bullshit, but maybe what I believe is true sounds utterly bullshit to most mind.

@kira Vegan diet can be great for some people. Personally it had a really bad effect on my health, but each to their own I guess.

Had similar issues after almost a decade of legit veganism.

in your carni post (couldnt find it so I guess you deleted it) you said 1 year of veganism, you need to stop making shit up dude, somebody will get hurt following your "advice". Encouraging people to eat salmonella riddled putrifying meat will get you kicked out of here and can seriously mess someone up, especially if they have no knowledge of nutrition and health..like that guy with muscle atrophy. Guess you've watched too much of Aajenus Wnderplanitz and feel like you know the truth of the universe...granted I felt the same way when I entered the plant based diet 2 years ago but realised it is not for everybody.

I say you were a terrible vegan who did not fix his f-ed up digestion and blamed veganism for that..just as all these youtubers going on carnivore diet that only suppresses their symptoms because they refuse to deal with their dysbiosis and rather go on 40 days fasts and urine diets. It is going to bite them in the ass eventually.

EDIT: found the orig. post. So 1 year of raw and 10 of vegetarian? Just more lies...

This forum is not a Church!

You have no idea dude, go plant potatoes instead of saying stupid shit from your ignorance. Fist come with some experience on the matter, not general BS you have choked on it.

1 year of raw vegan, 6 on vegetarianism to clear your mind.

Yeah if you're seriously interested. Check out the many documents on Netflix regarding this subject and subscriber to various nutritionists on youtube. Learn about people's journeys and listen to their experiences.

Hilarious what some people say or claim without experiencing for themselves first :) and basing their beliefs in other "specialists/scientists" when it comes to diet.

Is what i call nowadays in my opinion: a stupid society, taught only certain rules and credentials are they way to go.
