How to Develop Self-Mastery

I'm still not sure what this "self-mastery" term connotes or denotes.

As far as the term Leo used in his sage video I think it includes mastering the following:

• Emotional Mastery
• Morality
• Compassion + Truthfulness
• Authenticity
• Spiritual Purification

Self Mastery is a pretty tricky term because that’s going to mean different things to different people. It depends on how anal you want to get and also how much you want to include. There’s always going to be people who treat self mastery as meaning you’re either a Jesus or Buddha or the 0.000000000000001% but in the 21st century which is completely unrealistic as far as I’m concerned. 

I’d be loose with this term.
